Beware of curtains in rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor

On deciding it was time to go to sleep, went to pull the curtains to block the NUMEROUS BRIGHT parking lot lights and found the curtains in 2nd and 3rd floor rooms (we were on the 2nd floor originally) were not designed to close. After checking available rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, we were rewarded with curtains that closed in a first floor room. Stuart (the second shift desk clerk) and Wendy (the third shift desk clerk) were incredibly helpful.
The hot tub is TOP-NOTCH with several strong and mild bubble streams...the hotel is immaculate (I believe a wet vac was used after I tracked in from the hot tub)...the breakfast hostess is INCREDIBLY friendly...and the desk folks worked diligently to get us into a room where the curtains closed.
The most surprising fact about the situation was that neither Stuart or Wendy seemed to be aware that the curtains did not fully close.
If you stay at this hotel and require a dark room in which you can sleep, be sure to ask for a room on the first floor. -

To whom it may concern, I called to try an dget my husband a room. Your hotel was booked. The person I spoke with, X was more than helpful!! He went above and beyond the call of duty. When I could not find a # to a different hotel, I called back and he not only gave it to me, but offered to call them for me since I am in Missouri!! What an asset X is to your team!! Thank you so much to him!!
