  Beware of staff telling you one thing and then doing another! they are all new to customer service, or it appears they need to take advantage of the ski hill!

  This is a brand new hotel and we stayed here for an impromptu long weekend getaway and were we pleasantly suprised. Rooms were beautiful and there were lots of things going on like great biking options and even a huge wedding going on on top of the mountain. We have never skied there but cannot wait to come back during ski season. The staff was friendly and incredibly service oriented. We reccoment highly. There is nowhere close to this quality in the whole Silver Valley area of Idaho.
