We've stayed at most of the hotels with pools in Havre. This is the best one for my two and five year old, as well as their 4 and 7 year old cousins. The hot tub is large enough for the younger ones to swim around in (for short time only, of course). The larger pool has a gradual enough slope that the older two can use about half of it before they lose contact with the bottom. The rooms were comfortable, as were the beds. Another reviewer had complaints about noise and the breakfast; I disagree. This hotel is one of the quieter, and the breakfast favorably compared to others in Havre and in larger cities. One advantage is that there is no casino, as in several other Havre hotels--I thought that helped make the hotel much quieter. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no elevator. Hauling our luggage and cranky kids up the stairs was a pain, but at least there is only two floors--ground and 2nd floor. I'll request a ground floor room next time.

We've stayed at most of the hotels with pools in Havre. This is the best one for my two and five year old, as well as their 4 and 7 year old cousins. We were at the hotel for 3 nights. It was clean, in a good location, not attached to a casino, and everyone on staff was very friendly. The pool area is very nice and the pool was warm, which I liked. I would recommend highly. Also, the most important thing to me was that the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff and the room was reasonably clean. The hotel is newer and appears to be in good overall condition; HOWEVER, this was the NOISIEST hotel we have ever stayed in!! The walls between rooms keep noise levels low between rooms, but the doors and walls to hallways are poorly insulated. We were up nearly the whole night listening to doors slam in the hallways as people came and went all night long--it is so loud that and disruptive that the bed actually shook as the doors slammed! In addition, the bed was poor with no support whatsoever, the coffee pot was dirty, the breakfast was adequate but nothing near excellent, and the pet policies are absurb. We have stayed at MANY hotels, and many with our dog, and this was by far the worst night we have ever spent away from home. Be wary of this hotel, especially if you want a good night's sleep. We do not recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone and definately NOT to anyone traveling with a pet.

A pleasant surprise
12/24/2006What a beautiful hotel. our room was great and they provided a very extensive self serve breakfast. the place was very quiet even though it was full.
