  This motel stay was paid in advance through travel website. The Motel then charged my credit card a second time. When brought to the Manager's attention I was told, in essence, "tough luck it's your problem - not ours." I will not stay at this motel again and the Best Western chain has moved way down on my preferred list of places to stay.
