  If you know that you'll be out all day and just need a place to sleep, this is a good place to stay. The room was small and so was the shower stall (I'm 6'3" and is made for people 5'10" and shorter). However, they have free coffee at the front of the office and free high speed internet. I will stay there again on my next visit.

  This was the worst trip ever. We were lucky that out travel agent quickly updated us to another hotel. This place did not have quality air conditioning in the rooms, the food was so horrible we didn't eat until we went to the other hotel. The linens seemed to have never been cleaned (room or dining area). We had to walk up several flights of stairs to get our room. No elavator. The beach area was scary & the grilled food wasn't eatable. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the web, very misleading.Thanks,RandyTexas

  I don't know where these negative comments come from. You could not move without someone cleaning something. The food was very good especially when you remember they have to serve a wide group of requests, We were able to vary our plates every day for the 14 nights we were there.There are minor areas that need upgrading but what the heck, the place is over 100 years old. WE WILL RETURN - We really loved the lobster even though it was an extra charge but we knew that before going on the trip. Thankyou to the dining room staff for 'making' our holiday most enjoyable.
