We stayed in a room that reaked of mold, the toilet seat was falling apart, and the beds were horrible. The staff was clueless and they messed up everyone's key cards. There was no hot water. And the worst part was the security due to staff negligence. They actually forgot to put us in the computer and rented out our room in the middle of the night; so as we slept a man entered our room scaring us to death.

We waited til the last minute to book a hotel for our weekend getaway but we should have stayed home instead! We thought we'd give it a shot because it couldn't be that bad, right? First of all, the door wouldn't lock or even latch half the time; makes you feel real secure. Secondly, there was no air or fan in the room, so we had to open a window. Problem is there was too much noise outside during the middle of the night so we got no sleep the first night. The second night we bought sleeping pills to help aid a restful night's sleep, only to find loud, obnoxious people in the pool yelling at 3:00 in the morning. When I picked up the phone to complain to the front desk, I found out it didn't work. So I had to get dressed to go down there to have them take care of the noise. The front desk didn't seemed too concerned about it, but got them to stay quiet for a little while. Around 4:15 a.m. they started up again, resulting in virtually no sleep for us all weekend. Apparently management doesn't care much about the comfort of their guests. The whole experience will make me think twice of EVER staying at one of these establishments again. It was a waste of money and a complete waste of our time.

We had a 3 bed room and with two teens and two toddlers in tow, it was perfect! We were amazed how warm the outdoor pool was - even when it was cool outside. We would definately return!!!!

if you like non locking patio doors,non working fireplace,non working phone and geting charged double for your stay then this place is heaven.....the bed was ok the kitchen was small but ok...all the amenites that are advertised were false. the fireplace didnt work,the phone didnt work to tell them that the fireplace didnt work also we didnt have an alarm clock to wake up to and we couldnt tell them to make a wake up call because the phone didnt work!!! but it is cheap i guess
