  This is a really good place to stay for the price. Nice pool and hottub and gas bbq grills for anyone to use. The grounds are nice and well taken care of. The rooms have kitchenetts and lanias and a/c. It's accross the street from the ocean,but not a good beach for kids, but there is a beach about a 10 minute walk north through Kailua-Kona. Most of the town is within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the parking. The parking is open and I was out late a few nights and had to park on the street abour a block away. Other than that it's a great deal for the price and I'll stay here again.

  For the really low price per night you're getting a fairly nice room with kitchenette. Location is great, 2-minute walk to ocean, super close to shops, market and places to eat. It is not a fancy place though, but I would stay there again.
