We were initially assigned a room that faced two very busy roads, but when we asked to be given a quieter room our request was immediately and cheerfully fulfilled. Both rooms were spacious and well equipped. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast, offered every day, was generous and offered many choices.

Stayed overnight in November of '08. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Staff friendly, helpful and unintrusive. Don't understand the online rating at 2 stars at all. One of the best hotels I've stayed at and on par with the best. This is the only Hotel I would stay at in Cheney OR Spokane which is just a 15min ride away. Also, the free breakfast, although standard fare, was fresh, hot and good.
