When we arrived at the hotel they did not give us the room(s) we had paid for. We had a reservation for a suite with two bedrooms. They gave us one bedroom. Besides our son had stopped in before we got there and paid for the room. We informed him that the room was prepaid to an online travel website when we made the reservation . He went to the desk and after a long time they gave us another room that honored the reservation and refunded his payment. They were not very cooperative with him and we were suppose to have dinner at his house but because it took so much time for the problem to be resolved we ate out at Applebees. Not a good way to start a vacationl.

Residence Inn was wonderful and made for a very relaxing weekend. We had a reservation for one night and loved it so much we extended it to two nights. Very clean, bright, modern, kitchen was so convenient -- coffee or tea at any hour! Microwave helped me stay on my Jenny Craig food plan too! Bed was super comfortable. Love this hotel! Will definitely return.
