  Everything about this hotel was excellent! It's fairly new and that shows. The front desk personnel were so accommodating to requests, breakfast was delicious, the bed very comfy (with two types of pillows), and the toiletries smelled like cinnamon rolls. I'd totally stay here again.

  On our second night stay, my 15 yr.old daughter was on an home quality eliptical machine. Due to the machines close proximity to the pool area my daughters feet were wet and slipped off the machine during movement. Her legs were severely bruised and scraped. Upon reporting this to the front desk I received band-aids and an incident report to fill out and was advised that I would be contacted by management. After two weeks I never heard from anyone. As my calls continued to go unanswered for a month, the manager finally returned my call. When I asked for the hotels insurance information I was referred to the hotels attorney. When I finally spoke with the attorney I was told "If you file a claim I will file suit for my standard legal fees of $3000.00 for defending a frivolous law suit". Oh by the way, did I mention that as of this day I have never even threatened a law suit, I merely asked for insurance contact information. During my stay there was no posted signs requiring an age limit to use the gym. I've been told that there is a sign now posted. Also my daughter is no stranger to the gym as she works out on a regular basis at a gym. Stay at your own risk and if you do get injured please make sure that your insurance policy is up to date.

  We stayed here several days while attending a family funeral. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is new and the rooms while basic are clean and fresh. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. I will stay here again
