  I have stayed in this establishment on several occasions over the years, and I find the location perfect, the rooms basic, but charming, and the people wonderful. It's not a 5-Star Hotel with massages and hot-tubs, but for a quiet, centrally located place with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

  To be fair, this is a reasonably good 2 1/2 star hotel. The rooms are small but efficient and very clean, furniture is typical Tyrolean. Their breakfast is very good. No air conditioning. Now the not so good. Arrival at the hotel is next to impossible. It is in Old Town and that means auto access is only from 6 to 10 AM. All other times you must come by taxi, or by foot (dragging your luggage). Staff was not helpful in informing us of this deficit or in helping us overcome the difficulties of it. The auto park is four blocks away. Historic hotel in reasonable condition with terrible customer access.
