  We were taking a cruise out of Charleston and wanted to arrive a day early - most hotels in Charleston were very pricey and those that were affordable had reviews that said they were dirty and that they didn't feel safe. We decided to stay just outside of Charleston and I chose this hotel because of the reviews that I read here and because I had stayed at Microtel before and was satisfied. This hotel lived up to all the previous reviews - it was clean, the staff was friendly, it was away from the highway noise and was in walking distance of The Cracker Barrel. It worked out well for us and I would give it my recommendation!

  My husband and i and our three sons stayed here for one night to break up a roadtrip. the entire hotel is brand new and pristine. the rooms are comfortable ...

  My husband and I and our three sons stayed here for one night to break up a roadtrip. The entire hotel is brand new and pristine. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very accomodating and helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate but could use some variety. We really liked that check out wasn't until noon. Also there was a small outdoor pool that was fun.

  I recently stayed at this property. It was excellent. The staff was helpful and Gracious and they went the extra mile. The breakfast was nice and freshly baked cookies upon check-in was a nice surprise. I will stay here again and again.
