Staff was rude upon check in and went downhill from there. Apparently, we disturbed his internet time on the public computer. Our first room had a filthy bathroom, floor had obviously not been swept, sock fuzz all over and hair in the shower. Second room had things stuck on bathroom wall. Maintenance brought us the key to move and he was on break so it took a while to get the key. Front desk clerk was back on internet and could not be bothered. Used to stay here quite often, but no more ... will try a HIlton brand next time since Marriott doesn't have high standards anymore.
