The Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Marlborough is a great hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, competent and informative. The room was in wonderful condition. The hotel layout is convenient and its ammenities are just right. Its closeby to shopping and the highway, yet doesn't feel crowded or exposed. I travelled with my 4 children during the Thanksgiving holiday, visiting relatives nearby, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. We'll definately be back, and have told everyone what a great place it is.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were two adults and two kids and our dog and we had plenty of room. King bed, pull out coach in the living area, kitchen. Breakfast included. We will stay again.

The hotel only opened one month ago. The first night the fire alarm went off at 4am. It was due to someone smoking in a non room. It rang for more than 20m. After we requested and were annoyed at initally getting nothing, they took off $100 from that night of $250. NOt much, but something. Good thing my daughter's college interview was postponed.
