Never again will I stay there

I spent one night there sleeping with one eye open to watch the roaches march around my room. I also did not like the so called cleanliness of my room with a damp bath mat on the tub. it made me think hum was it used by the last occupant or was the dryer on the fritz. Finally I don't know when the coffee pot was cleaned last or when the trash behind the bathroom door was last picked up. That's why I say never again will I stay there.

06/15/2009My room was not clean. there were cigarettes left in the shower and it was a non-smoking room. the room had not been vacuumed.

Because we couldn't get rooms at the casino except on Thursday night, we dicided to stay ""off-Strip,"" and we picked a nice place. The people were not distant employees; they were warm and caring and I felt like I was staying at a friends apartment. Online reservations got us a discount, and for the price we paid, the room was excellent. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice. Below are more comments: 1) In-room coffee-- not bad, very strong 2) continental breakfast coffee (fresh brewed all day long!)-- outstanding! 3) beds-- very comfortable 4) pillows-- a little on the flat side 5) cleanliness-- fine (although I could've done without the coconut-smelling air freshener) 6) ease of getting to casinos-- great (5.9 miles through town, or 9 miles on I-10 to I-110) 7) very helpful-- all employees spoke unaccented English.

I was impressed by the staff, cleanliness, and well appointed rooms. This was well worth the price. If you're traveling on a budget, want nice, clean accomodations for a few nights then I would suggest this hotel. They also offer more than the average ""continental breakfast"" you usually find at budget hotels.
