My husband and I stayed here in the Mae West suite for a night of our honeymoon. We LOVED it. It is so charming and fun. The room was comfy and clean. The food was great. The bar was wonderful for a night cap. The staff was very friendly, and Camden is a great town. That was by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in outside my own. We plan to come back again. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you get a chance, stay here.

Absolutely one of the best memories we will have of our trip to Maine. The owners were cordial and very helpful. Amenities were perfect. Even the other guests were like family. The owners have tried to keep the ambiance of this inn that once catered to the rich and famous, yet updated just enough (free high speed internet, etc) to make a modern traveler comfortable. The antique "claw foot" tub, the over the door vent - that still works, the rocking chairs on the front porch, the grand piano in the parlor, old pictures from a bygone era all added to the turn of the century charm of this quaint B & B. When in Maine you need to make sure you stay here for at least a night or two.

I missed not being able to lite up a good Cuban cigar and have a nice evenng rock with a good brandy but in spite of not having this pleasure, I would come back year after year because the Whitehall is Yankee me!
