This is a very nice hotel that really does rate the four and one half rating. The hotel itself is beautiful and provides a comfortable atmosphere. The room was clean, with plenty of floor space. If you are a woman that likes a spacious bathroom, you got it! Nice view. Good service. Friendly, happy guests. Great experience.

Stayed at this hotel while attending and presenting at a conference. I do not gamble of drink, but this was the chosen hotel in the area. The morning of check out, left room just to go to breakfast. Went back to room to retrieve baggage and check-out. The room's door activity was documented by key code. The only entrance was by housekeepiing woman after I had checked out. Too late I realized I had forgotten my money belt containing $* in cash, that I placed under the pillow the previous night. The only person to enter the room after my departure was housekeeping. The hotel said their employees were honest and they has not ever had a complaint against the woman in the almost two years she has worked for them. And yet, if she did her job and changed the sheet and pillow cases there is no way she wouldn't have seen the money belt. The hotel actually commented that maybe it ended up in the laundry!!! I am a teacher and have a second job also. Unfortunately am employee was tempted to be dishonest, so I shall never stay at this hotel again.

We have been here more than 3 times and we still enjoy coming here. The room is very clean, beds are comfortable, top of the line beddings. Their complimentary breakfast is the best we had. They have yummy belgian waffles, eggs (cooked in different ways), fresh fruits, cereals, coffee, juice & desserts. Their staff is friendly. They have pools, fitness facility, sauna bath, steam bath and spa. You should try this hotel!!!!

We have stayed here 5 times while on bus tours and every time we have found the staff friendly and helpful. The food was good and the staff in the buffet area were most pleasant, .We used the pool and hot tub, a real pleasure after playing the slots . We are going to be there again in about 2 weeks and expect to try the new slot area. Thanks to all the staff and management for a super complex.

I traveled to Ferndale to see David Cassidy in concert at Silver Reef Casino. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the rooms are nicely appointed. The entertainment manager went out of his way to make sure my stay was a great one. I had a wonderful time, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
