We thought we had found a great deal when we reserved a room. The "apartment" like rooms with the two stories were fine at first, but while at an activity, my brother broke his leg. Let's just say those steps weren't as great anymore. When we checked in, it was late and we were all tired. My brother planned on sleeping in the pull out couch, so it would be more convenient for him. When he pulled out the bed, the sheets were balled up and had already been used. In the bedroom, which had two beds, there was dust everywhere. When we got into bed, my sister found a liter in her sheets. One morning, when I made the bed (because the cleaning service hadn't come at all during our 3 night stay), I found a pack of cigarettes behind the headboard. The room also had a kitchenette. We tried to cook a meal in it so we wouldn't have to eat out, and all the pans were disgusting. Before we could cook, we had to wash all of them. The kitchen floor was sticky and grimey. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Me and my friends had a best time for new year. It's walking distance for most things. There are great bar's in the area, and the hotel is a great deals. Its big enoughs to hold 6-people comfortably and has a full kitchen. We were gone stay 2-nights instead we ended up staying longer. Staff is great, very friendly people. Very clean...I think all you people looking for a nice place to enjoy with family or friends go hear. I wish they have this branch in NJ. It's a apartment not just a room...

I came to visit my mom from PA, and we had booked a hotel (that I will not name) and when I got to my hotel, it was just really bad, people were out in the parking lot making all kind of noise. with my 2-year old I really wanted to be at a safe place. We went to Parke Suites and the manager was on the property, which really made me feel comfortable,She showed us a few rooms. it was very quiet, very clean, we had a nice king suite for $70. We had a late check out at 12:30 and they did not even charge us extra for it. We were able to use the wireless internet to get all directions and check our email. It was a great experience and We highly recommend this place. You will enjoy it. It is a nice family own business and it is good to see that. The desk clerk at the hotel was studying for her exam and said that owners are really nice and they let her study at work.

...but it's really not. The hotel is basically an apartment, which was nice, but the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were grimy and we only saw housekeeping once over 4 days. The housekeepers told us to ""be quiet"" because the person below us sleeps during the day, and we hadn't even been there during the day. The water tank in the breakfast room broke, so there was not breakfast, nor any financial rebate for the removed perk. The hotel is in a very noisy area, so sleep was difiicult.
