I recently stayed at this hotel for business. Wouldn't stay there if I was paying. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a refrigerator & microwave. Bathroom was small if there was more than one person. Had to pay $5 to park. Breakfast buffet was $10.95. Not worth the price.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn several times and I really like it. It is located close to downtown and near all the night life. It is expensive but it has nice amenities. The breakfast bar is pricey but OK. I would recommend the Uptown Cafe, Village Deli, or Bakehouse for breakfast. Bloomington has amazing restaurants.

Over priced for this average run of the mill room. You will pay daily for parking, no breakfast offered. Hotel was clean. Not a very quite location, lots of street noise by police station. We found the staff to be indifferent working a job vs. costumer service. Party of 3 were given 1 bed. Called front desk and we were told that is all they had. Had to ask for a cot, we were told they were all out. Sometime later they did find a air mattress but we had to once again call to ask for bedding. The air mattress leaked and ended up sleeping on a half filled mattress on the floor. Second day asked for new air mattress, staff brought a air pump yet took the mattress out of the room and 30 plus minutes later brought us a 'new' air mattress. You guessed it, it leaked once again. In the morning 2 staff members were walking down the hall knocking on all the doors at 8:30am. One on the left side and one on the right working down the hallway to see who was still in the rooms. Once you opened the door they were at the next set of doors and would look back and say 'sorry, just housekeeping' We did not have a good experience at this Hilton and would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was very nice. Excellent service, cleanliness and comfort. It's location is also very convenient to the IU campus. I do, however, feel that it's a bit expensive, especially considering that you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast is not included. While I would stay here again, I will probably try other area hotels first before settling on a favorite.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful and treats you like royality. The restaurant in the hotel was good, but a little expensive. The parking garage was not easy or inexpensive, that was the only thing that needs to be improved upon.
