Location is convenient to area attractions and shopping. Continental breakfast was adequate. Hotel staff polite but not overly friendly and did not show appreciate for our business. Carpet in room was stained. Linens and bathroom not cleaned adequately. Room not prepared with enough towels/washcloths for the number of travelers in our party. Parking lot tight, cramped and inadequate for larger vehicles (minivans, SUVs). Agree with other reviewer that rooms smell old. Doorframes would "swell" with air moisture and had to be slammed to close. The online pictures make the hotel look much nicer and larger than it actually is. If you're picky and have higher expectations, don't stay here.

All hotel staff was very friendly, and for the reduced rate of * a night, it was reasonable. But the rooms are old and smell that way. The breakfast, which was included, was light fare, but of good quality.The television did not work, but internet access was available I wouldn't stay there again, but if you can get a good deal and don't mind the smell, it's OK.

We had a girls weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Lisa , the hotel host that greeted us upon our arrival is just the sweetest. She was so helpful and friendly and the rooms are so nice and clean, The daily chamber maids very friendly and very helpful, very very comfortable beds, and so close to everything. We did not have to move our car the whole weekend.The parking is a little cramped, but, everything else made up for that..We just loved happy hour in the lodge sitting around the fireplace. We felt so at home and we will go back. That's our new favorite place!
