  I booked online for a 3 night stay paying in advance with a no change rate. When an emergency developed where I could only stay 2 nights I was told by the hotel manager that I could not get any sort of refund. After a few minutes they started yelling at me. I asked her to stop as I had to hold the phone 3 inches from my ear. She replied that she was not yelling (phone remained 3 inches away). They blamed the policy on a contract with Candlewood. The hotel blamed it on me.

  After spending one night at a dive of a hotel we were so happy to pull up to this one. It is only 1 1/2yrs old and is very nice inside. We were worried about the noise the airport right there but I didn't hear a thing either night. They accepted our 80lb lab for only a $50 pet fee (non refundable) but it was well worth it. Our room was beautiful on the 4th floor,it had a kitchen with a full size fridge and a dish washer. There is also quite a little snack shopping area down stairs. We wish it would have at least had a hot tub or something.
