Hotel is okay but staff a bit scary

We arrived late and were greeted by a young man who looked like he had not showered in over a week or washed his clothes. He had a very ""whatever"" attidtude. When I asked where we could park he said ""wherever you can find room"" and seemed unconcerned. The renovations in the rooms are nice and we were comfortable but overall the hotel is a bit dated. The restaurant only serves breakfast until 10 but check out is 12!! When we checked out in the morning a young woman at the desk was pleasant but again was wearing dirty clothes. It was okay for a quick night just to sleep but would not want to stay more than that - a bit rough outside the hotel, with a bar and a beer store.
