My son got married in Tulsa last week and the reception was held in a hotel close to this Homewood Suites Hotel. We decided to make the Homewood our family's "Base Camp" and I am so glad we did. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and reasonable in price. They had a good selection of different type of suites, so everyone could get the room they needed. The free breakfast was really good with plenty of food. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one from the front desk to the maintainance crew we encountered. My uncle even had his camera batteries go dead in the lobby and the hotel sent someone out to get the right batteries when they discovered they didn't have them on hand. Now that's something you don't find often from any hotel. Our family occupied about a dozen suites and I did not hear a single complaint from anyone. I will certainly stay here again if I get the chance and will recommend it to others.

I checked in the first day the hotel was open and there were a lot of kinks. They had to let me in my room every time I returned because the key didn't work. There was no air conditioning in the fitness center or the hallways. The food for breakfast was all prepackaged.
However, the room was excellent and the people were very friendly and did their best to meet my needs.
