  Have stayed at the Homewood for about a year, on & off for business. I stayed last Week for a nice weekend getaway with my kids. It was like being in a resort. Tha pools, putt putt course and grounds are divine!! The General Manager greeted us on the back patio at breakfast and served us coffee.

  Two different individuals from my office at two seperate times traveled to Covington and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was nice, but both times we booked and paid thru online travel website, then were charged again on the credit cards the hotels ask to have on hand for incidientals. I have called and asked for a manager several times. His mail box is full and he does not return called when a message is left for him. The other person from my office was hung up on, told she was rude, and it took 3 days to get the hotel to agree to issue a credit. I am not able to speak with anyone inorder to be told I am rude, but did want everyone to be aware of this hotel's tendence to Double Bill!!!
