What a GREAT hotel! I give it 10 our of 10. The hotel is only a year or two old and it is awesome. No dirt anywhere! Great linens and towels. Bathroom sinks have granite like (engineered stone) tops. Flat TV screen was great. Not a flat TV but a new flat screen. Internet access, sitting area with chairs, refrigerator, coffee pot and etc. Several different rooms to choose from. Read the hotel wording as they have jazuzzi suites which are rather large and nice. Just the plain basic room (what i had) was very nice as well and anything but basic. Breakfast was plentiful and nice (except for the rubber eggs). Not sure why they would mess up on the eggs and have everything else so great. Make your own waffle bar, sausage and gravy, cereals, homemade cinnamon rolls, gourmet coffee, juices and much much more. Fruit and cookies for late night snacking at the entrance. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I was worried after reading the previous reviews but they must have fixed the staffing problem. Staff was top notch! Not sure why this hotel is rated only a 2.5 star when it is clearly a 3 or 3.5. One slight problem would be the low quality of pillows. The bedspread and sheets were top notch but the pillows were a tad lumpy. They should be replaced.. Bring you own if you can. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel several weeks. Rooms are clean but beds are not very comfortable. TV channels seems to always go in and out so it is very irritating when you're trying to watch tv. Worst of all is the service. Front desk clerks and esp the management is horrible and very rude. Will never stay there again.

This hotel was just built and is very very clean!!! Rooms are or almost are luxurious. Would like to see a little better quality pillows but bedspread, linen and towels top notch. Room are huge; perfect for families or the business traveler (me) who want to spread out. Room internet access. Absolutely great continental/ full breakfast. One problem: The constant elevator bell and chatter was unbearable. Make sure you get a room away from the elevator and you will be just fine.
