When we arrived there was a line of people waiting to get a room. The housekeeping staff is terribly shorthanded here. Finally when they said our room was ready, we went up to it and it had not been cleaned at all. The housekeeping had all left for the day, so we were given a room with fewer beds. Clueless front desk personnel were kept busy trying to 'put out fires' all day due to the lack of available rooms. Complaints to hotel management are ignored.

We stayed this summer and our married son and his family stayed for several months after relocating to Henderson. The staff was GREAT, our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were treated to some evening meals as well as breakfast daily. The location was great walking distance to lots of shopping. We will be returning for Christmas. Thank you Homewood Suites!!!!!!!

The whole experience there was nice but I really do appreciate Brent Cyhans work. He works at the front desk and I really dont think that he's as recognized as he should be. That and the whole experience at the hotel was great but I do remember this one person, Brent being extremely helpful. The rooms were well kept and beatiful and spaciouse for singles which is wha I spent my time in. The gym could have used a little more equipment, but was good enough. The beds were large and they gave complimentry breakfast and dinner on certain days which was convenient as well. I do highly recomend it.
