Would give it a solid satisfactory rating. I was looking for a clean and secure room at a reasonable price . The motel is in a shopping center, a setting that is convenient but not scenic. Has a small lobby with a very small outdoor pool just outside the lobby. The reception staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The rooms open onto the interior corridor rather than directly into the parking lot, a comfortable arrangement for me, a woman traveling with two teenaged daughters. Our first-floor room was clean and fairly spacious and quiet. I stayed here because I needed to break up a long car trip; I would be happy to stay here again should I need overnight accommodation in Sonoma, though it is not my idea of a holiday hotel. (Breakfast recommendation -- In the morning we drove a few miles to the Owl Cafe and had a very good breakfast. Service was pleasant but slow.)

This Super 8 served us well during our recent family get-together in Sonoma County. It's a quite new property, and everything still looks bright and fresh. Though its location in a shopping center, just steps from a supermarket, seemed a bit strange to us, we found the motel quiet overnight, and we felt secure. The free breakfast is pretty basic, but there are several other restaurant options very close at hand. We felt well treated here and would happily return for another stay.
