Very clean throughout. Beds are comfortable. Excellant accommodations when staying in Berea. Be sure to visit the nearby KY Artisan Center if you don't have time to go into town. One negative is the breakfast which is not up to the standard of other Country Inns. There weren't any apples, bananas or other fruit.

09/04/2008We travel to berea frequently and always stay here. could improve on their breakfast and selection of cable tv channels, but other than that no complaints.

Not So Good
08/23/2008There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room as we checked in. the front desk was most unhelpful--just said if we wanted to pay more we could upgrade ...
There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room as we checked in. The front desk was most unhelpful--just said if we wanted to pay more we could upgrade to a suite. They did offer to let my husband store his medicine in the employee refrigerator but that is unacceptable to have prescription meds available to any and all who might go in there. There was no manager available to elevate our complaint as we checked in on Saturday afternoon and we were told that one would not be available until Sunday morning. The free breakfast was not nearly as good as the other Country Inn and Suites where we stayed on our trip so we went out to eat.
