The rooms were older and the beds not the most comfortable but for the value we were very happy. Susan, the clerk and the owner were most accomodating and really, it was perfect for us. We didn't use the pool this time but it's nice and clean. And there was breakfast including waffles for free. We will probably always use this hotel while my daughter is at college in Greenville, it's very customer friendly. Also--I had a pet free, non smoking room.

Staff was super friendly,Large parking area for trucks,.good value.Good restaurant/bar next door.Room was very comfortable with new furniture.in room coffee.iron and and hairdryer available.also workout room ,pool and hottub which i did not use.I travel weekly and i enjoy this place very much.Will stay again and again.

Good value for the money, but right off the bat, I'll tell you our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, (and I'm a smoker...so what does that tell you!). Of course, we were traveling with our golden retriever and they will only put you in smoking rooms, (or previous smoking rooms), when you travel with a pet.
Good Points: Clean, large rooms. Hairdryer with nightlight. Nice indoor pool and brand new hot tub. Fitness room with treadmill, bicycle and 3-way aparatus. Free USA Today newspaper at front desk and free continental breakfast. Excellent restaurant right next door called "Mabry's". You can walk to it. The restaurant looks deceiving from the outside, but decor is wonderful and food is superb!
Bad Points: Room smelled terribly. Lining of curtains torn. Old furniture. Be sure to book first floor if you can't climb steps. It's 2 flights to the second floor. Lastly, even though there is a free continental breakfast, there was no fruit.
I may or may not stay here again simply because of the value and their pet friendliness. If they were to put us in a room that doesn't smell, I might consider staying again. -
