  we were disappointed in the room. for the place to be listed as a 3 1/2 star rating it was not in my opinion. The dresser and the night stand both had broken legs to them and they were just left sticking out in plain view. The air condotioner was so noisey it kept us up most of the night. The outlet that was available by the vanity and sink was so messed up the cord kept falling out, it would not hold the cord of the hair dryer of curling iron. The toilet would rock once you sat on it to use it and the exhuast vent in thebathroom did not work at all. And keep in mind this was listed as being one of the newer rooms. we were not impressed at all. i'm thinking it might just be better to go and view the place before making reservations online. the photos of the place were very deceiving.

  I stayed here in early March, 2009. Great staff. FOr the duration of my stay, my room was kept spotless by the cleaning crew. Front desk staff to was very helpful and Welcoming. It was a perfect location for me. I just walked to the city of Glendale which is right across the street and Glendale conv ceter was less then 5 minutes walk. The hotel was clean & comfortable.   Overpriced room for superbowl weekend in an area you would not want your wife or kids to walk around alone in. Rooms were low budget which would have been fine as they were clean. We checked out a day early with no argument from staff as there were a large number of what appeared to be regular "guests" hanging out in the hallway drinking, & yelling. This went on for several hours with no intervention from hotel staff. High speed internet went out twice for several hours.

  A tad off the beaten path, but in a nice enough area nonetheless. It is a great value. All the furnishings, including bedding and towels seemed brand new at the time of my visit. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower fluctuated uncomfortably from hot to cold as others in the hotel used the water pressure.

  We stayed here on our visit to the fiesta bowl. it was close to the stadium (5 miles, closer than most hotels) and easy to get to & from the game. ...

  We stayed here on our visit to the Fiesta Bowl. It was close to the stadium (5 miles, closer than most hotels) and easy to get to & from the game. There was a good breakfast too. Nice staff.
