- Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
The Ranch Cabins is located right in the middle of Central Oregon where the high desert meets the Cascade Mountains to form one of the most ideal recreation meccas under the sun. Enjoy the mighty Deschutes River, golfing, and famous Mt. Bachelor ski resort. Nearby are over 50 shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge. The two-bedroom, one-bath cabin with loft holds a maximum of six people and unit bedding includes two-queen beds and two-queen sleeper sofas. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with loft and the three bedroom, two-bath deluxe cabin with loft each hold a maximum of eight people and unit bedding includes two-queen beds and two-queen sleeper sofas. The three bedroom, two-bath cabin with loft holds a maximum of nine people and unit bedding includes one-king bed, one-queen bed, one-twin bed, one pull-out sofa, and one double bed. The room amenities also include in-room washers and dryers, fireplaces, VCRs, and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils.
