- Registered guests must be 21 years old or older.
- Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of 500.
- This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room.

- After hours check in procedures will be posted.

The first time we entered the bedroom to this condo we were taken aback by the condition of the carpet in the bedroom. Called immediately and reported it . Were told there were no rooms to change to and that carpet cleaners would be out the next day to clean it. We made sure that someone was at or near the room all morning and most of the afternoon since we had seen a carpet cleaning van in the parking lot that morning. I called the Escapes main desk late that afternoon to let them know that we had been anticipating the cleaning all day but had gotten nothing. I was told that she was going to call housekeeping right then and find out what was going and that she would get back with me. That was the last communication I had from anyone. One day had already been preety much lost so we wore socks the entire time we were inside and just went on with our vacation.

The hotel was very nice, great beach views and access, spacious rooms, nice furnishings, but we were told we could have a late check-out and then we were called at 8:30 am the day we were to leave and told we had to be out in 30 minutes. Within 15 mins we had someone knocking on the door!

The rooms were very bright, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was huge and also clean. Ocean view room (not ocean front) had a decent view of the ocean and overlooked a nice pool area. Beach was beautiful.

My husband and I just returned with our two year old from an extended weekend stay. There are several restaurants and grocery stores close to the condo. It had a large outside heated pool. The staff was friendly and the facility was extremely clean. We had a good time and will more than likely rent again.
