  I stayed at Hotel Tiama with my husband and was surprised by the service. As soon as we arrived the bag carriers brought our bags in from the car and got us a cart. The service was more than excellent. The pool was clean and well-kept. Our room was neat and tidy when we arrived. The room service though was not up to the standards. It took 40 minutes to get our food after we called for it. And when it had came there was hair in it! Other than that, the hotel was great
