• Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
• Security Policy
• A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
• Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
• Check in/out at Aspens On Blackcomb(4800 SPEARHEAD DRIVE). Hours of operation Sept 30 2009 to Oct 30 2009 check in must be done between 8am and 8pm. If you are going to check in or out outside of this time frame contact customer service at 604.905.0196 ahead of time. From Nov 1st to Nov 25th 2009 check in must be done at the Aspens on Blackcomb (open 24H). November 26 - December 17, 2009 arrivals: Check in/out at Stoney Creek Northstar (4355 Northlands Boulevard). Check in and out hours of operation - 10am to 6pm. After hours check in at Glacier Lodge. (4573 CHATEAU BLVD). December 18, 2009 - April 30, 2010 arrivals: Check in and out hours of operation - 7am to 11pm. After hours check in at The Aspens on Blackcomb. (4800 SPEARHEAD DRIVE).
