The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:00-23:00), all buffet style with Continental and Mexican cuisine, served in the La Riviera restaurant. During meals soft and alcoholic drinks are offered. Breakfast (08:00-10:00) and lunch (11:00-17:00) can also be taken at the Seaside Grill (table service). Also at the disposal of the AI guests from 18:00-or-18:30 to 23:00 are the A la Carte restaurants; Himitsu (Pan-Asian), Oceana (fresh seafood), Portofino (Mediterranean and Italian), Seaside Grill (steak house). Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, French fries, etc are available between 09:00 and 17:00 from the snack menu. Locally and international produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served till 01:00 at the Sugar Reef (09:00-23:00), the Manatee bar (10:00-17:00), the Desires (09:00-01:00), the Rendezvous lobby bar (10:00-01:00) and the La Habana lounge (18:00-01:00). Room service is on duty 24hrs.
