  Nice hotel. rooms do need updating. stuffy. drains sluggish and elevators are super slow. otherwise great. free breakfast and happy hour everyday. great location. booking another stay there.

  Lobby and atrium area was under construction, along with 3 or 4 lower floors. No advance notification from Travel online. But, construction work was done during the day so for a business traveler, it wasn't too much of a disruption.

  Stayed there for business and have always made a point to stay at Embassy Suites. I must say over the years I have never had a bad experience but this was the exception. Left a prescription in my room along with misc item I forgot to pack, however upon calling the hotel (at 10:30) before my check-out they said they would look for the items and hold them. I return to the hotel after my training I waited for 45 min in the lobby for them to locate my items, only to discover they had been thrown away and were never actually "being held for me".
  Just a general sampling of how bad my experience was, hotel looks great but staff lacks customer relations and a business ethic.

  I love the space to spread out in these suites. You can work in one room and sleep in the other. Also, you can't beat the complimentary breakfast--always a big hit for me. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel was nice and clean.

  Staff tried, but were very overworked. had to wait in line for 20 + minutes for omelettes at breakfast. charge for internet service ($* per day) was not listed in their description.
