A beautiful quite getaway. Unlimeted shells for the shell lovers, trully the greastest shell beach. Wonderful hotel, clean, relaxing and a fantastic staff. Must have your own transportation, no resturant on hotel property. We had a GREAT TIME.

My family of 4 stayed for one night Labor Day weekend. The hotel was nice and quiet. The furniture and bedding was in excellent shape not as clean as I have seen, but not bad. I guess I had higher expectations for some reason. The kids had a blast, the pool is very nice and the beach is great. Take plenty of bug spray cause the knat's bite, there are a lot of them!! If you like shelling this is the perfect place. The staff was pretty helpful although they recommended a resturant to us later in the evening, we get there and it is closed. We had a difficult time finding someplace to eat that time of the evening ;about 8 pm; The place we settled on was not very good... all and all it is a good place for the price, and great for family's with kids.... not recommended if your looking to enjoy a cocktail by the bar...

We've been to Sanible twice and hope to go again. The hotel was very beautiful, nice staff, good continental breakfast, and very close to the beach. Although it doesn't have a restaurant it was close to an eatery called Island Cow. We ate there for every meal (both trips) and always had left overs too. Everything was reasonably priced. Hotel is good for elderly people, young people, and any one looking for a great vacation. By the way just to let you know, there are no elevators. Be prepared to use the ramp or stairs to get to your room. Pack lightly :)

We were there for the April school vacation week in April. The stay at this hotel was a very relaxing experience. The beach was great. The pool was perfect and never crowded. A tiki bar on the beach or a restaurant would have been nice. The continental breakfast was good. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was also a short drive to all shopping and dining establishments. The resort supplied bikes and beach lounge chairs with umbrellas were a big plus since the last time we stayed at a Fort Myers Beach hotel we had to rent them daily. Overall a very good experience.

03/08/2009We stayed for 6 day and 7nights and really enjoyed the island. the hotel and staff are completely wonderful. i will recommend it to all of my friends.
