Loud and disgusting.

The price was ridiculously high for a disgusting room and paper thin walls. The bathroom reeked of solid human waste and the bathtub had a grimy substance on the floors of the tub. Throughout the entire stay, there was extremely loud sounds and voices outside of the room, with a number of people passing by at all hours of the night. We were woken up very early in the morning with people shouting at the top of their lungs outside the room and the sound of a couple having sex next door. The only upside of staying at this dump was that it was only for one night.

We stayed two nights. This hotel is ok for the money. Cheapest we could find in Key West. Could be cleaner than it was. The beds were comfortable and location was good to all points of the island unless you do not have a car. My suggestion is that they work a little harder towards cleanliness and clean the grounds up a little. Waffle House connected to the lobby, made breakfast convenient. Would stay again.

So I stayed there for only one night so my review might not be the best thing to go by being that I didn't deal with anything for more then one night. However for the night I did stay there it wasn't really too bad. The check-in was quick and painless,the rooms were a good size for just two people and everything seemed clean. It was a little older but it seemed to be taken care of. Over all I didn't have any problems staying there and I probably would again. I wasn't looking for anything other then a place to lay my head after a long day of scuba diving and this was it.

This hotel is an older sort of rundown property. They have replaced the furniture and carpeting, but the building is just dated. When I entered my room it had a strong aroma of perfume from houskeeping. I finally aired the room and the aroma was gone and the room did not smell bad. The room and bath were pretty clean. They have no breakfast and no public computer. The Wifi is pretty iffy and people hang around the office to use the Wifi. I have heard people coming to the office and complaining of smelly rooms. While here the guy next to me had water coming into his bathroom from the ceiling. Since we were on the top floor and no rain had occurred for quite a while I do not know the source of the problem. My room was fine. Key West is pricey, but hotel is grossly overpriced particularly between Xmas and New Years.
