Hotel was ok. Could tell it used to be something else and Radisson bought the building. this hotel is not quite at Radison standards in my opinion. Staff is very friendly. Had one of those air beds and hubby's side kept deflating but my side was fine. Hotel on a curve on a busy road and difficult to exit parking lot safely at times. View on the Gulf side is pretty but noisy due to traffic zooming by. We had garden/pool view on the 5th floor MUCH quieter. Hotel about 3 miles from Duval. We had rental car for entire stay free parking at hotel. Many scooter rental places within walking distance from hotel. A shopping mall and many chain restaurants and grocery stores within 1.5 miles of hotel incase you forgot to bring something.

Very great hotel for the price. The front desk was great, we booked extra nights a few times and they were kind! Consierge was extremely helpful in navigating Key West. Also, provided discount coupons for many Restaraunts and Bars, as well as water sports. The location of this hotel is only a few minutes drive to the beach, but it is well worth it!! We stayed in a hotel in Miami the night before which was absoultely horrible and we paid just $* less than here, so the extra dollars to stay at this hotel was definately worth it! The pool is also very nice, lots of space, great fitness room out by the pool and a nice tiki bar. There is also a Dennys right by/in the hotel and it is very clean and decently priced. Overall this hotel was well worth the money, nice staff, beautiful pool area and the rooms were clean! The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever had traveling.

I had a wonderful experience with the Radisson! The sleep number beds were awesome! You can't go wrong with any view (either Gulf side or pool side). I stayed on the pool side, and it was very quiet. Liked the convenience of washers and dryers at poolside. Nice package for families. Concierge was very helpful. Only down side was that there is no ATM or real gift shop to speak of, but you can walk less than half a block to get to them.

wish I would have read this first? sheets were dirty and wet with bed made over top of it bathroom was moldy and wallpaper torn the only thing i liked was the view and this hotel cant even claim bragging rights never again oh and someone walked in on son after shower not very secure

This was the worst Radission hotel that I have ever seen. Starting with the ride up on the elevator that was way out dated and dirty then we walked down a dark and dirty hall way to a room that had a one half inch crack at the side of the door. The bathroom was also dirty it had a few long black hair in the tub that belonged to someone else that had stayed there. It was the kind of room that if you had to get up during the night you need to put your shoes on. I only wish that someone from the radisson corporate staff would make an expection on that hotel. It is terrible.
