Important Hotel Information
- The 100% non-smoking Westin Key West Resort & Marina is currently undergoing renovations to guest rooms, hallways, public spaces and lobbies. Renovations are being done in sections in order to minimize the disturbance of our guest experience. Pool area renovations will begin the second week in June. The pool will be closed completely on June 8 only. Start date for renovations to meetings space has not been established at this time.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. My husband and I travelled to Key West to marry and celebrate our honeymoon. Upon check-in, the hotel staff upgraded our room to a junior suite with an ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. We ordered room service twice. Both meals were delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. After our wedding, the hotel staff delivered complimentary chocolate covered strawberries to our suite with a kind note sending their best wishes. Overall, I would summarize our visit as magical. The Westin Resort and Marina will always be our first choice of accomodations in Key West.

The Westin is truly a great resort. Rooms were nicely appointed with fabulous views of the ocean and the harbor. We had breakfast each morning at the restaurant overlooking the harbor and Sunset Key. Close to all the Key West action but remote from the noise. Sunset Key restaurant was fabulous. Poll area was tropically lush. We'll definetly return.

We were a little concerned after reading some reviews but this is a great hotel. Like real estate, it's location, location, location! Yes, the rooms are a little small for the price but what a great location. You're a block from Duval Street where all the action takes place - great restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Hemingway House is a bit of a hike but a great spot to visit. Yeah, the cruise ships block the ocean view during the day but they're usually gone by 5 or 6 PM - just in time for the great Florida sunsets. We surely didn't see or smell diesel smoke from the cruise ships nor did we hear their announcements. Room was clean and newly renovated. Ours had a really nice shower stall but no tub, if that may be a problem. Staff was very friendly and not obtrusive. Bistro restaurant has fresh squeezed OJ - the best. The ""Heavenly Bed"" is too soft for me but my wife loved it. Pool was small but never crowded. Overall, a great vacation and a great location!

We checked in late{11:30pm},check in was fast, friendly an easy,I self parked for $18.00 dollers a day,room was great,bigger then expected,an what a nice surprise in mourning,What a View from this hotel,restaurant was on the board walk,nice bar upstairs{with better view},food was great,service was excellent,close to everything key west has to offer,rented bikes for a day an road all around the island{which I highly recommend},My family an I spent 4 days at this wonderfull hotel an would definitely stay here again.

We were most impressed with the stay at the Westin. The staff was most helpful and frinedly. Our first day we went over to the private beach and had a blast. Latitudes is a great place to have lunch or dinner. No need in renting a car because everything is in walking distance and you are right in the middle of everything. We will be back.
