It includes the following: Access to Casa Marina's and The Reach Resort's property amenities including Fitness center, beach volleyball, Giant chess board, bocce court, pool table, pool toys, and hammocks in addition to our pool concierge service, offering refreshments and personalized service and various scheduled resort activities and events as well as in room Espresso local and 800 phone calls, weekday newspaper, and charging privileges at both resorts.

Hotel is overpriced for what you get.

We recently stayed at the Reach Hotel as a anniversary trip and while the room looked like the pictures on the website it seemed pretty basic when we arrived. The staff was friendly enough and very helpful. We did not have robes as described on the website I had to request them and on our second morning we decided to order room service for breakfast. Well the The Reach special of two eggs and toast was at the very least disappointing. The actually only gave us one slice of bread cut in half. I personally have never had that happen to me at any hotel I've ever stayed at. I mean really who ever heard of serving one slice of bread and calling that toast mind you none of the condiments besides ketchup came with the meal and then after our 4 day stay the tray was never picked up. It sat in our room for a day and then assuming it had to be left outside the door it sat there until we left, disgusting as far as I'm concerned and two orders of that cost $* dollars. Ridiculous and if you wanted to have any spa services or look in a gift shop you had to go to their sister hotel the Casa Marina. Well why bother staying there if everytihing else is at the other hotel. I personally would never stay at this hotel again. They are overpriced for what they offer and there are much nicer and less expensive hotels closer to where all the fun is anyway.

Our stay at the hotel was rated overall as good. The room was rather small and the view was not what I expected. The room was however clean upon arrival and housekeeping kept it that way throughout the remainder of our stay. The hotel staff was great, always willing to be of assistance. This hotel has in my opinon the best private beach on the island. Very clean and well kept. The beach staff was great. The hotel restaurant was nice, but rather pricey considering it caters to it's hotel guests. The location of the hotel in my opinion is great and well within walking distance of shopping and dining. Be advised that the hotel guest fee beach, pool, etc. is per day of your stay. Overall, our stay in Key West was great and I was glad to be in paradise with my best friend my beautiful wife Becky.

We have stayed here twice on vacation. It's one of the best in Key West. It's close enough to Duval street to walk to all the night life, but set far enough away that you have peace and quiet during the day. It's a rare treat in KW to have a beach at your hotel, and the Reach Beach is quiet & clean. Also the staff through out the hotel will do anything to help you. This resort is a little expensive, but well worth the money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but my overall experiance was tainted by lack of attention to detail. Room provisions were inadequate for a comfortable stay. The island view room was a view of the back alley. The beach had a strong sulfur smell like rotten eggs.

We go to Key West to sit on the beach and stare at the ocean. The Reach has the best private beach on the island. Smaller but better than Casa Marina's beach. Nice, quiet hotel with pleny of ammenities. Scooter rental less than a block away. Within walking distance to Duval Street. This is our third stay here, A few problems this last time with housekeeping. However, the hotel manager was very responsive to our issues. Will definitely return.
