  The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was large and clean. The cooked breakfast was great. Hotel was close enough to the airport, yet away from all the typical Orange County traffic. Will stay again on the next trip.

  This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, separate living room with its own TV. Very well maintained property. Great breakfast in the morning. Very quiet in the night. Nice grounds and beautiful pool area. I love this hotel.

  We wanted a 2 room suite, so we could have a little privacy from our children. the door adjoining the 2 rooms would not shut, and the heater was broken. ...

  We wanted a 2 room suite, so we could have a little privacy from our children. The door adjoining the 2 rooms would not shut, and the heater was broken. We went to speak with someone on duty and he sent a repair man to our room at about 1 am. the repair man could not fix either problem. They than told us we could have a new room the following day ( he had a portable heater brought to our room for us to use). My husband talked to the guy at the front desk again and he gave us a new room, by the time we got into our new room it was about 3 am.Besides these stated problems the hotel was great and the breakfast was fabulous.

  Our visit to this motel was a short overnight visit before catching an early morning plane. It was so nice that we wished we could have stayed longer. The accomodations were fantastic and the desk clerk went above and beyond to give us excellent customer service and make sure we had a good stay. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Only one minor complaint - nicer towels, please - they were not the quality I'd expect for the quality of the room.
