  This is a great place to stay as it is easy to find and along a major thoroughfare. It is very clean and comfortable with a very accommodating staff. Rooms are good sized and the bed fairly comfortable. The hotel seemed to be very quiet. The if in the title refers to the rate. IF you have a long enough stay or catch them at the right time, the rate is very attractive. The regular rate is a bit too high for this level of property. All in all, I would stay again IF... One of the draw-backs is, oddly, as is much of the way in Charlotte, you can't turn left out of the parking lot. Imagine that, the city so steeped in NASCAR, but you can't turn left! Get used to making U-turns!!

  The hotel is conveniently located. The front desk staff needs to be a little more pleasant to guest. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Will continue to stay as long as I keep receiving my discounted rate. Next week I will be at the Marriott, It's their turn. Just keeping the ecomomy busy. Room was comfortable, I usually ask to stay in a room away from kids and elevators. My request is always granted.

  We recently spent several nights. The room, bed, & bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near two four lane roads going downtown - very convenient. Elevator could use a little a little attention (back panels were loose). Would stay again.
