Grounds are dirty and stay dirty, toilet was broken for 2 days, family reunion for 28 people, all were very disappointed with service. Sofa bed in room was stained and filthy. No garbage bags in trash cans, "they ran out". Food was ok but expensive and service was terrible. No one cleans up the tables poolside. They "forgot" to give us clean towels. Seems just totally understaffed. One lady cleaning the lobby with crowds of people with sand and trash thrown on the floor. Wet floor is a hazard, several children slipped and fell. We had a ground floor, handicap accessible room and had to walk through grass littered with cans, bottles, cigar butts, cigarette butts, etc. which never got cleaned up. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient, seemed very well trained.

I would never stay here again. Our family vacation and they promised an oceanfront room. We looked at trees off our balcony. Partial oceanview. The female at the front desk was very rude and fast and didnt even take a copy of my D.L. so therefore I dont think its very safe. The bathroom was very small with 2 towels in it. I checked out early and they didnt refund me even though it was 24 hours notice. This hotel really isnt worth the money!

We hated the outside entrances to the rooms. The bathroom was so small that you could not even dry with a towel after stepping out of the shower; no larger than a cruise ship cabin. The ocean view was nice. but the balcony was extremely cramped. We would not stay again at this hotel. We actually spent more time at the Hilton and the Crown Suites during our waking hours because they were much nicer. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the room, but you can not really see it from the pool. We did not eat in the restaurant. The staff was friendly.

Comfortable bed. Balcony overlooking beach was nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Tiny bar sink in pass-through between rooms is the only sink available. No tub, just a shower in a small bathroom. Had to stand in shower or squeeze in beside commode to close door. Air conditioner extremely loud. Stay away from the restaurant!! Our dinner experience - sides were placed on plate under heat lamp while the entree was overcooked to go with them. Rice was a solid hard mass on the plate. Server offered to bring mashed potatoes to replace rice, but we were through eating before we got them. Gave us a coupon for free breakfast buffet because of our bad dinner experience. At breakfast, we understood the free coupon!! Only way to get rid of it. Seems dinner was not the only meal overcooked and overpriced.

I have stayed a various Hilton properties for the pat several yrs. 20 or so. If you are looking for a nice hotel. A hotel with air condtioning. A hotel with real furniture and not fold up chairs. Then dont stay here. No air conditioning . plastic couch cushions and fold up chairs. Noise level that should be looked at by OSHA . After staying here I will research my stays a lot more in the future. I went on the Hilton name and my past experience with their properties. Hilton should sell this and save their name.
