Pleasant staff and great maid service. Excellent concierge. Rented bicycles from the hotel and booked excursions at reasonable prices. Pools, beach, and bars were wonderful. Came here with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. Normally don't go back to places because we like to try something new, but would go back here. Very comfortable with reasonable prices.

Hotel was very nice, but we did upgrade to an ocean room for an extra $ per night. Otherwise had us in an older room with no view at all. Staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. Beach area was terrible. Water was very dirty, not like it shows on the advertisements. Other side of the Island has the best beaches. You could only see about 10 inches in the water. I expected very, very clear water.

Great vacation! Southernmost was great. Very clean and staff was great. Always quick to please. We used the pool on the beach side which was wonderful. We hit Duval Street every night for drinks dinner and dancing. The staff gave us directions to a Cuban and Italian resturant which were perfect. Thank you. We rented mopeds one day to see a little more. Worked out good. We would stay here again and again.
