Didn't care for the parking fees? The taxes and parking fees should have been included in the room rate. That way you would have a true room rate. Not such a deal when these fees are added. Front staff friendly enough. Room staff not friendly at all, not even a smile. Rooms do not accommodate more than 4 people. One of us had to sleep in a CHAIR for 5 nights. A roll away not only was it a fire hazard, but it did not fit in the room at all. I felt mislead into thinking that the chair was big enough, it wasn't. Reservations were made for 5 in the traveling party. Not family accommodating or children activities at all. This is a good business hotel, should not be listed as family hotel. Also, the jacuzzi was dirty everyday. Full of sand. Looked nasty.

Just came back & immediately checked my itinerary for what was supposedly included in the price. Booked as a package which included flight, hotel, and car rental. Was pleased with the package price and assumed the hotel had a couple of things included- not so. Checked in, service was fine. They told us we had to pay six dollars a day for parking our car (Travelocity stated it had free parking). Shocker #1. Whatever, was only here for 3 nights, so 24 bucks wasn't too much considering we were at the Hilton on the oceanfront. Read the reviews previously and saw the children running wild through the halls part along with the pizza boxes left outside doors... took this and assumed that perhaps it being a 'family' hotel, it'd be a cheaper place...? Ha ha! Checked in late and drove through the ghetto part of town from the airport. So we decided to just get room service for dinner. Appetizers started at ten dollars and went up to 15. Decided on steaks and burgers since they were thirty and ten respectively. The food was sooo good - you can't complain about that food! Though we only ordered room service and never stepped foot inside the restaurants nor the bar areas. Even though Travelocity states there are refrigerators, we didn't hold our breath (and a good thing, too). No refrigerators, no hairdryers. Had an ironing board and an iron (for whatever that is worth?). The internet was ten dollars/day!? Had an adjoining room that was quiet till a couple checked in. Loudest people I've stayed next to, but I guess it wasn't her fault the door didn't block out sound that well. WARNING:children and party-people run through the halls loud and/or drunk. Otherwise, a beautiful beach & vacation (great food!).

I love this hotel.I am going back for my fifth time. Sevice is great and people are friendly.Rooms are comfortable with a beautiful ocean view.Food is very good and priced just right. There bar""coconuts on the beach"" is awesome and bartender friendly.Beach is beautiful and so relaxing.You can't go wrong staying at the hilton.Can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were surprised how beat up this place is. Pool was very cold, hot tub was broken, outside showers were broken and replaced with rubber hoses. If you want to sit on the beach you have to pay $10.00 an hour. The beach was very dirty. We walked next door and used there beach. The staff at the front desk were freindly, everybody else was not. The food was not good and the wait staff were not freindly at all. Our room service cart sat out in front of our room for 2 days untill we called down to have them come get it. Would never come back to this hotel and would not recomened it to anyone.Very poor managment. The worst part is we had to stay here for 7 days!!!!!
