  I had read prior mixed reviews and was unsure what to think but I was pleasantly suprised. The staff was exceptional, assisting me immediately with all of my needs from a rollaway bed to a toothbrush and a misplaced bunny jacket. The continental breakfast was tasty with many items to choose from and fresh coffee and other beverages, we were more than satisfied and the waffle maker was great! The room temps were comfortable. Our only problem was accessing the hotel from the airport to obtain shuttle service, we ended up renting a car because we were unable to reach the front desk after 30 mins.

  We booked this hotel due to its good rate: Big mistake. Dirty carpet, no light bulbs, smelly. I stay at hotels around the country at least once per month. Do Not Stay Here. Sleep in your car or at the airport terminal.
