Room was clean and nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. We came back from lunch and could not get into our room. Went to desk, had key reprogrammed, still didn't work. Went back, reprogrammed again, and no luck. Finally clerk tried to use his passkey and couldn't get in. he called a mechanic. The mechanic was very nice and apologized, something the clerk never did. We were locked out of our room for an hour while he changed the lock. There is a small pool by the road, but it was always full. The beach across the street is awful, this is not the hotel's fault but there were dead fish, debris, broken glass, just nasty and not safe to walk barefoot. There was a complimentary continental bkfast which was ok.

Our check in went smoothly - the front desk fellow was very pleasant - and we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was located on the front of the hotel and had a picture window that overlooked Beach Blvd and then the Gulf of Mexico across the blvd. Quite pretty! This was apparently one of their more spacious rooms with a king size bed and was clean and nicely decorated, including a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub/shower had great water pressure (that can be an issue sometimes). Even though we were on the front of the hotel, there was no issue with noise at all. We sampled the free breakfast in the morning (cereal, pastries, a waffle maker, juices, bagels, yogurt, etc.) and found it adequate for our needs. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is extremely nice. The rooms are great and have a fresh feel to them. The beds are soft and the furniture is really nice and up to date. The lobby is nice as well with the flat screen TV. Continental breakfast has a decent selection. Pool is a little small yet it was very clean. They have infrared security cameras which is a plus. Would def. stay here again.
