  The Westin is a great place to stay when in Philly. Modern, yet cozy hotel. Great service. Very convenient location - easy access to highways, close to great restaurants, shopping on Walnut street, city attractions. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant!!

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and very comfortable. great stay for a decent price. i would highly recommend it and stay again. the only down ...

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Great stay for a decent price. I would highly recommend it and stay again. The only down side is the cost for parking. Within walking distance to everything.

  terrific location and usual westin luxury and excellent service but room had an audible and constant humming noise which was pretty annoying. it's the type of noise sometimes due due to electrical or heating and a/c systems. the manager was really helpful offering other rooms which unfortunately also had the same noise problem. when that didn't work, he went out and bought some earplugs and so we slept great! now that's service! but seriously, if you are at all sensitive to background noise, bring earplugs if staying at the westin philadelphia!
