We arrived in Anaheim with what we thought was a "paid for" vacation. It was long before we realized that NOTHING was free at this hotel! Although the accommodations were nice and the staff was very friendly, we were charged just to park our car at the hotel. It was $*an hour to use internet in the room, and they even made you buy a shuttle pass to ride a shuttle to and from disneyland! Other hotel shuttles were free. Next time we will definitely do more research on "hidden costs" when booking a hotel near Disneyland.

First of all, the hotel is not nearly as close as they say or make it seem. I know many others have said that, but I just assumed they were exaggerating. It is a pretty long walk, especially after a day at Disneyland. Theres so many hotels that are closer. The hotel itself was pretty nice. We had a Disney view lanai room which was cool because we could see the Disney from our lanai. But I hate the fact that the walls or at least the inter-connecting doors between rooms were very thin so if you have inconsiderate neighbors like we did you will definitely hear them coming in and talking loudly at 1 or 2 in the morning. I guess the people aren't the hotel's fault, but just know that the walls are thin and it does become very annoying. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel was fine.

I used to stay here a lot in the 90's for business (its a short walk to the convention center) and wasn't sure if it would still be as nice as it was back then, but we were pleasantly surprised. They recently renovated the entire hotel and everything about it was fabulous. We took our son there for a couple of nights in May to do Disneyland. No complaints whatsoever. Room was beautiful and ultra clean, same with bath, which also had very nice toiletries. Room service was great, lobby was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. We'll be very happy to stay here again.

I had the best time ever here. I stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights because of the proximity to Disneyland and the price. Everyone was extremely nice, from valet parking to bell boys, to housekeeping. They greeted you when you passed them down the hall. The food was very good. Buffet for 19 bucks for breakfast. There is a shuttle that stops right infront of the Hilton and takes you in to Disneyland. The safe is easy to use, for those of us who have trust issues. My room was clean everyday. Beds were very comfortable. When we needed extra pillows they were there promptly. The gentleman that brought our food to our room was so nice. He arranged our chairs, moved the TV for better view for us. I felt very pampered. We had an great view for the nightly fireworks, and the staff was so helpfull when we asked questions about good places to eat and visit. I can trully not say something wrong with the hotel. I will definitly go back and stay here next time i go to Disney.
